Bicycling buyers and sellers unite! For buyers, the Ineeda Bike Swap is your chance to find deals on the parts, bikes, and accessories you need to keep rolling. For sellers, you can lighten your gear load and make someone’s day by offering great stuff. Don’t miss this great event packed with private sellers, big name bike shops, educational seminars, plus food and beverages!

It all happens: Friday, July 16 from 3pm to 7pm at Columbus Crew Stadium VIP tent.

Admission Fee:

  • Adults 13 and older: $5 at the door to get in.
  • Children 12 and younger get in for free.
  • **Admission is free when you register for another BikeColumbus event. Just wear your wristband and you’re in!

Payment Method:

  • Cash only payment method.
  • Some vendors may accept checks, but that is completely up to each individual vendor.
  • There will be an ATM on site.

Food and Beverage:

  • There will be a food and beverage concession area inside of the tent.

Familes With Kids:

  • Crew stadium has a very nice playground for kids to play while parents shop!

Seller Information:

Pricing:

  • $25 per 10×10 space. Register today!
  • $10 to sell in the “Seller’s Corral” (a no-table, first-come area for those with 1 or very few items). Register today!
  • If you need more space or want to group spaces together to accommodate a display, etc… contact us today.

Table Rental:

General Rules and Information:

  • Must arrive 30 minutes before the start of the event to set up.
  • If you do now show up within 10 minutes of the start of the event and have not called to say why, your space can be given away to wait-listed or “show up at the door” vendors.
  • No refunds.
  • Items That Can’t Be Sold:
    • No used bike shorts or used helmets.
    • No motorcycle or motocross items.
    • No non-cycling items.

Seminar Information:

We’re looking for bike shops, manufacturers, trainers, coaches, etc. to lead 45 minutes seminars or educational/instructional presentations during the swap. We’ll have a stage and seating area with a microphone system. If you’d like to lead a seminar, contact us today!
